From Academic Excellence to Public Service

Born into a family of lawyers in Khurja, Bulandshahr, on June 15, 1957, Khan’s journey was marked by academic brilliance. His educational achievements included an LLM from Aligarh Muslim University, where he was awarded the Chancellor’s Gold Medal, and further studies in Economics at the University of Wales. This strong academic foundation would later serve him well in his role as a public communicator.
