It has 36 MB of L3 cache, operates at a base frequency of 2.5 GHz, and can boost to up to 5.6 GHz. It is expected to have a PL2 rating of about 200 watts and, tested using just 8 GB of DDR5-5600 memory for boot purposes, this spec sheet would also indicate an early engineering sample.
