Geekbench scores a single-core performance of 3,069 points and a multi-core performance of 9,080 points. Based on the listing, the device may have 10.54GB of RAM—hinting at either 12GB of memory or a totally different number being assigned to GB for whatever reason. The listing also suggests the phone will get its power from an octa-core processor called the ‘Sun’ meant to be Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 that is yet to be unveiled. This chipset is expected to have two Prime CPU cores with a maximum clock speed of 4.19GHz and six cores capped at 2.90GHz.

It’s important to note that the reported maximum frequency is lower than the expected peak clock speed of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, which is rumored to reach 4.32GHz for performance cores and 3.53GHz for efficiency cores. However, these specifications are likely to be refined prior to the official release. The Galaxy S25 Ultra is listed to run on Android 15, with the entry published on September 24.
