The Honor 200 Lite 5G made its global debut in certain markets in June alongside the Honor 200 5G and Honor 200 Pro 5G, but a release date for India was not cheaper revealed. While the base and Pro versions of the Honor 200 series are now available in India, a similar fate has been confirmed for Lite — but it comes with a different launch timeline. A couple of days ago, the smartphone maker revealed the launch date for the handset, as well as its availability, design, color options, and some of its key features that will be offered in India which is likely to be very similar to the global model.
The Upcoming Honor 200 Lite 5G
The Honor 200 Lite 5G will be released in India at 12 pm IST on September 19th. As per an official press release, the phone is up for grabs from Amazon, Explore Honor website, and leading offline retailers. The Honor 200 Lite 5G will be available in Cyan Lake, Midnight Black, and Starry Blue colors in India. The handset design can be seen in promotional images.
The Honor 200 Lite will come with a triple rear camera setup that includes a 108-megapixel primary sensor. They consist of the main sensor with an f/1.75 aperture, a depth sensor having f/2.2 aperture, and a macro lens carrying an f/2.4 aperture The selfie camera will shoot snaps at 50-megapixel and comes equipped with a ‘Selfie Light’.

It will include a thickness of 6.78mm and weighs 166g. It will feature an AMOLED display with a 3,240Hz PWM dimming rate and will run on Android 14-based MagicOS 8.
Globally, the Honor 200 Lite 5G is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 6080 SoC, a 4,500mAh battery with 35W wired SuperCharge support, a 6.7-inch full-HD+ AMOLED screen, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The global model includes a 5-megapixel depth sensor and a 2-megapixel macro shooter, priced at GBP 279.99 (approximately ₹29,900) for the 8GB + 256GB variant in the UK.
