Finally, ZTE has launched its new Blade series smartphone – ZTE Blade 20 5G in China. This newly launched phone looks a lot like ZTE Blade A7s 2020 at least on the outside, but the specifications of these phones are quite different from each other. Now let’s get into the specifications of this upcoming phone.
The new ZTE Blade 20 sports a 6.52-inches teardrop notch display with an IPS LCD panel. The display also features (720×1600) pixels of screen resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. In terms of dimensions, this phone measures (165x975x88.9)mm. The phone is being offered in two colour options include- Light Blue Mint and Jazz Gray.
This new Blade 20 phone is powered by Octa-Core MediaTek Dimensity 720 Chipset, the SoC supports 5G connectivity. The phone runs on Android 10 with MiFavor 10.5 on top. The SoC of this phone is paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage configuration. But users can expand the storage through a MicroSD Card.
Now come to the camera section. The ZTE Blade 20 5G features a triple rear camera setup, including- a 16MP primary shooter with an f/1.8 lens, alongside an 8MP ultra-wide sensor with an f/2.2 lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front side of this phone, there is a tear-drop cutout on the display to hold an 8MP front camera for Selfies and video call purposes.
This phone houses a decent battery backup of 4,000mAh but it doesn’t support fast charging. Other connectivity options include- Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and USB Type-C for charging. The onboard sensors of this phone include- a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, proximity, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, accelerometer.
This newly launched ZTE Blade 20 5G is priced at CNY14,99(Roughly at Rs. 16,700) and is expected to release on 11th November. In terms of availability, this phone will be available in the European market.
