Joao Neves has arrived in Paris to complete his transfer to PSG. The midfielder is set to undergo medical tests, after which he will be officially presented following the completion of the remaining formalities.
On the other hand, Renato Sanches is on his way back to Lisbon to sign for Benfica as part of the deal to bring Neves to PSG. The former Lille player will return to Benfica on a loan deal with the option to buy for €10 million next season.

Benfica are confident that they can nurture Sanches back to his best, when he was with them. After coming up through their renowned youth academy, the midfielder eventually made a big-money move to Bayern Munich. However, things didn’t work out for him in Germany, and he eventually found himself at Lille.
After reaching a decent level at Lille, he made the move to PSG two years ago. However, after only one season in the French capital he joined Roma on a season-long loan deal. Now, he is set to return to where it all began to hopefully revive his career.
Neves, on the other hand, is set to make the move to PSG for €70 million including add-ons. He is highly rated among scouts and fans, and is expected to be a top midfielder. However, it remains to be seen whether he can adapt to his new surroundings and maintain his current level of performances.
