Monza are set to sign Keylor Navas as a free agent in the coming days, with an agreement in place. The veteran is set to undergo his medical for the transfer tomorrow, and will be officially announced as a new signing once he has completed the formalities.
The Costa Rican left PSG this summer upon the expiry of his contract, ending a five-year spell with the French side. He spent the second half of the 22/23 season on loan at Nottingham Forest, but was in Paris for the remainder of his contract.

The former Real Madrid goalkeeper was initially the number one at PSG. However, the arrival of Gianluigi Donnarumma on a free transfer in 2021 changes things, as the former Real Madrid man started to take a backseat.
By the end of his time in France, he was the backup goalkeeper behind Donnarumma. And now, he is set to play in Serie A provided he can complete the transfer.
The veteran is actually Monza’s plan B, given that they originally wanted to sign Peterluigi Gollini from Atalanta to replace Michele Di Gregorio. However, the three-time Champions League winner with Real Madrid is also a solid option given his vast experience.
