Manchester United have reportedly agreed personal terms with Manuel Ugarte for a transfer this summer. The PSG midfielder made the move to France just one year ago, and could be on his way out already.
He is keen on the transfer even though United will be playing in the Europa League while PSG can offer him Champions League football. An agreement between the two clubs is not in place yet. But, talks are expected to advance over the coming days.

Vitinha and Warren Zaire-Emery have taken centre stage under Luis Enrique this past season at PSG. While Ugarte has started 27 out of 37 games this season, it seems like PSG are content with letting him go a year after spending €60 million to win a bidding war against Chelsea.
It’ll be interesting to see how much Manchester United will have to pay for the Uruguayan, since he has four years left on his contract. Moreover, PSG will not want to lose money, therefore they may ask for a fee over €60 million.
United will also have to make space for him in the squad, which may lead to Casemiro or Scott McTominay making way.
