Odisha FC have signed Raynier Fernandes on a season-long loan deal from FC Goa, allowing him to return to the club only a year after leaving. The midfielder will reunite with Sergio Lobera as part of the Juggernauts, having won the domestic double while under the Spanish coach at Mumbai City FC.
FC Goa have a number of midfielders already available such as Rowllin Borges, Ayush Chhetri and Brison Fernandes, and will make use of the trio to replace Raynier.

The midfielder made 19 ISL appearances this past season, half of which were as a starter. Aged 28, he is at the peak of his abilities and with over a hundred appearances in the league, he brings a wealth of experience and professionalism with him.
Odisha FC have already signed Hugo Boumous to reinforce their attacking midfield position, and have now added Raynier Fernandes into the mix. They have also added Rohit Kumar from Bengaluru FC in what could prove to be a very smart signing..
The Gaurs, on the other hand, are facing a challenge with the departures of Noah Sadaoui, Brandon Fernandes and Dheeraj Singh.
