The OnePlus Ace 3 Pro, the company’s most recent flagship product, has officially launched in China. The gadget improves upon its predecessor in the areas of display, SoC, and battery life. The gadget didn’t get a redesign because its design is similar to that of the OnePlus 12.
OnePlus Ace 3 Pro specifications and pricing
The OnePlus Ace 3 Pro comes with a dedicated graphics unit for e-sports-level gaming with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. Up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage and 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM are supported by the phone.
The OnePlus Ace 3 Pro features a 6.78-inch 1.5K 8T LTPO AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz that can be dynamically changed to conserve battery life. In contrast, the AMOLED screen on the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro has Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection, a maximum brightness of 4,500 nits, and a standard resolution of 2780×1264.
It has the industry’s first 2K supercritical thermal graphite system, an enhanced cooling structure for the entire phone, and a second-generation Tiangong cooling system with a 9126mm² VC vapor chamber. The only native 120 frames per second gaming experience for Android is promised.
Considering its 6,100mAh battery, this may be the largest OnePlus phone battery to date. According to OnePlus, the phone can be charged wired up to 100W, so that’s good, but the USB-PD charging speed is a little disappointing—only about 13.5W.
The phone shares the same 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro cameras as the Oneplus 11R, in addition to a 50MP main camera with a Sony IMX890 sensor that supports OIS.
Starting at 3,199 yuan (~$440) for the 12GB/256GB option, the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro is priced in China. The highest-end 24GB/1TB model will set you back 4,599 yuan, or roughly $633.
