The Argentina Copa America squad has now been revealed by manager Lionel Scaloni, with most of the regular faces called up. Paulo Dybala, Angel Correa and Brighton’s Valentin Barco are the most notable absentees alongside Leo Balerdi.
However, Monza’s Valentin Carboni has been called up after his impressive performance in the friendly against Guatemala. Manchester United star Alejandro Garnacho has also been given the nod for the major tournament, as Argentina look to defend their title as South American, and world champions.

The Albiceleste are heading into the 2024 Copa America as the favourites to win, given their rivals, Brazil have been struggling as of late. Given the form that the World Cup winners have shown, it’s unlikely that anybody would bet against them right now.
