Antonio Conte is all set to become the new Napoli head coach for the coming season. As per renowned transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, the former Juventus and Inter coach will return to Serie A as the manager of the Azzurri, signing a three-year contract until June 2027.
In addition, Conte will become the best paid manager in the history of Napoli, making it a substantial appointment after the club finished 10th in the table this past year, in what was a disastrous title defence.

The former Tottenham Hotspur manager has been without a job since leaving the London club in March 2023. He was linked with a move to Saudi Arabia, but turned down a number of approaches in hopes of a better opportunity. More recently, he was also linked with a return to Chelsea after the club parted ways with Mauricio Pochettino.
Now, Antonio Conte has finally returned to management, and will be expected to win the title with Napoli once again. However, their squad situation remains uncertain heading into the transfer window.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has been linked with a move to PSG while Victor Osimhen is also close to leaving the club. Losing two of their top players could be a huge blow to the club, meaning Conte will have to plan his team out for the new season well in advance, keeping in mind the situation at the club.
