Gareth Southgate has named the provisional England Euro squad for the upcoming tournament in Germany. Most notably, Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford has been left out after his poor form this season, alongside former Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson after his stint at Al Ettifaq, which forced him to move to Ajax.
The manager has opted for youth and form over experience, calling up youngsters such as Jarrad Branthwaite, Eberechi Eze, Jarell Quansah, Curtis Jones, Adam Wharton and Anthony Gordon.
