What a week! So honoured to receive these prestigious awards! Thank you to everyone who voted for me, to the City staff and coaches, my family and of course, my teammates.

I’m delighted with the way I’ve played so far this season and it wouldn’t have been possible without those… pic.twitter.com/awwF6xkkTd
The England international has finally become a regular name in Pep Guardiola’s starting line-up, and has really stepped up when star players Erling Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne haven’t been available or performing.
Foden has been named the FWA Men’s Footballer of the Year as well, and was in contention for the Premier League Young Player of the Year award for the third time running too, which was eventually won by former City teammate Cole Palmer who now plays for Chelsea.
The midfielder has scored two hat-tricks in the league this season, including a brace against rivals Manchester United. And in spite of the deserving competition, Phil Foden has truly earned the award this season.
