In spite of winning the 2024 Coppa Italia title, Juventus are expected to part ways with Max Allegri at the end of the season. That is, unless they change their mind in the coming ten days. Allegri has helped the team return to the Champions League and finish with silverware, in what has been a considerably successful season for the club.

However, he has once again been criticised for the style of football being played, with it being labelled boring and unconstructive. And because of that, the club is set to appoint a new manager, with Thiago Motta heavily rumoured to come in from Bologna after helping them qualify for the Champions League.

Max Allegri expected to leave Juventus at the end of the season

Motta has been praised a lot by football fans, especially given the style of play he has adapted with Bologna. The exciting brand of football translated to Juventus’ young talent could help them return to the top of the table next season provided things work out.

The former Roma director will inform Bologna of his decision in the coming days, and will sign a three-year deal until 2027 to replace Max Allegri in the coming weeks.
