Samsung is gearing up to introduce new additions to its M and F series, namely the Galaxy M14 and F14 4G, which are essentially 4G iterations of the Galaxy M14 and F14 5G, released in March of the previous year. Notably, the Galaxy M14 4G support page is now live in India, and we have come across the user manual for both the Galaxy F14 and M14 4G.
It’s important to emphasize that these phones share almost identical specifications, catering to different marketplaces. The Galaxy M14 4G is identified by the model number SM-M145F, while the Galaxy F14 4G bears the model number SM-E145F.
More About the Samsung Galaxy M14 and Galaxy F14
In terms of design, both the Galaxy M14 and F14 4G exhibit the same design language prevalent in Samsung smartphones in 2023. They feature an individually aligned triple rear camera positioned at the top left corner of the rear panel.
The design of the front includes borders on the sides, a thicker bottom, and a small notch at the top. Important features include a power button that also acts as a fingerprint sensor and volume buttons on the side. The SIM tray is located on the side. Additionally, at the bottom of the device, there is a speaker, a headphone jack, and a USB Type C port.

In terms of its camera setup, it boasts a camera with a resolution of 50 megapixels along, with additional sensors—a depth sensor and macro sensor—both measuring at just about two megapixels each respectively as well as featuring a selfie camera rated at 13 megapixels.
One of the standout features is its 6,000mAh battery, which supports charging at a speed of 25W. In terms of connectivity, you have options such, as 5G, 4G, Dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS, and a USB Type C port. To ensure security the device comes with a fingerprint sensor located on the side. As for dimensions and weight, it measures 166.8 x 77.2 x 9.4mm. Weighs 206 grams.
