Tottenham Hotspur manager Ange Postecoglou has become the first in Premier League history to complete a hat-trick of Manager of the Month awards in his first season in the competition. The former Celtic manager has completely turned things around at Spurs and has elevated them into early title contenders.
In October, the Lilywhites won all three of their games against Luton Town, Crystal Palace and Fulham while only conceding one goal. They were briefly at the top of the table before Manchester City reclaimed it this past week.

In November, however, things have taken a sharp turn. Micky van de Ven and James Maddison are both injured following Spurs’ 4-1 defeat against Chelsea in the London derby, and it could affect their performance and style of play until the new year, especially against fellow top teams in the division.
But with Ange Postecoglou’s philosophy in place so deeply among all the players, Spurs might be able to surprise us all in spite of their injury list.
