According to the company’s press release, all products at Yousta are priced below ₹999, with the majority falling below ₹499. This new retail format will feature unisex merchandise, character-based products, and a weekly refreshed capsule collection. Additionally, Yousta will introduce brand new looks every week in its “Starring Now” collection, presenting the latest fashion as complete outfits with matching accessories.
Akhilesh Prasad, President and CEO of Fashion and Lifestyle at Reliance Retail, emphasized Yousta’s dynamic and youthful identity, with a focus on evolving alongside the youth of the country. The statement highlights Yousta as a vibrant brand that aligns with the evolving lifestyle of India’s youth. The team is dedicated to working closely with the younger generation to understand their changing fashion tastes. They emphasize a commitment to staying fresh and relevant every day, empowering young individuals to freely express themselves, as they are seen as the true stars by the brand.
Yousta stores catering to the youth market will offer various tech-oriented features, including QR-enabled screens for information sharing, self-checkout counters, complimentary Wi-Fi, and charging stations. The brand has also partnered with a non-profit organization, allowing customers to donate old clothes at stores for community programs.
In line with its commitment to sustainability and support for local communities, Yousta stores will showcase locally sourced and manufactured products. This approach not only enables Yousta to provide unique items but also contributes to the growth of local economies and reduces its environmental impact.
The Yousta range is currently available at its inaugural store in Hyderabad and can also be accessed online through platforms like Ajio and JioMart. With a focus on the youth market, Yousta is gearing up to compete with brands such as Tata Trent’s Zudio, Pantaloons, and similar youth-oriented brands.
