Nissan Magnite has become one of the most widely used options in the sub-4-meter class since its inception in 2020. It competes with Tata Punch, Citroen C3, future Hyundai Exter, Mahindra XUV100, and its Renault counterpart, Kiger, and slots below models such as Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, and Mahindra XUV300.
Nissan’s only product in India is being strengthened with the GEZA Special Edition. This new model has redesigned interiors that will provide its clients with better value. The price set by Nissan India is ₹7.39 lakh (ex-showroom).
All About Nissan Magnite’s Features and Upgrades
The GEZA Edition is priced in the range of the XL Executive trim (₹7.34 lakhs, ex-showroom) and the XV trim (₹7.81 lakhs, ex-showroom). Both of the aforementioned variants have non-turbo powertrains. Nissan Magnite Giza Special Edition reservations can be made at any of the corporation’s dealerships for a small charge of ₹10,000. Nissan claims that the emotive musical elements of Japanese theatre served as inspiration for the GEZA version.
With this new GEZA Special Edition, the company hopes to give its clients a greater sensory experience. The infotainment screen and speakers on the Magnite are the key focal points of the changes with this GEZA Edition. To begin with, the standard 8″ infotainment screen of the Magnite has been replaced with a brand-new 9″ screen. This device is bigger in size and has more attractive-looking lower bezels around its display.
As before, wireless communication is used for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. There are now high-end JBL speakers. Lower-trim models have dual-tone Beige dashboards, and the GEZA Special Edition is no exception. Standard outfitting with GEZA includes an automatic climate management system, a shark fin antenna, ambient lighting with app-based controls, and a rear camera with guidelines. Nissan even provides quality Beige seat upholstery as an additional that can be added.
All About the Engine
GEZA is equipped with the same 1.0L 3-cylinder naturally aspirated engine as before. This engine has a 5MT gearbox and produces 71 horsepower and 96 Nm. With higher trims, this engine can be turbocharged, unlocking 99 horsepower and 160 pound-feet of torque, and pairing with either a 5MT or CVT. The Electronic Stability Programme (ESP), Traction Control System (TCS), Hill Start Assist (HSA), and Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) are now standard equipment on all trim levels thanks to Nissan’s BS6 P2 update.
