Historic 1000th MotoGP Race: Exciting Bike Rally from New Delhi to Gurugram

Close to a thousand riders gathered in the capital city on Saturday to celebrate the 1000th MotoGP race milestone with a thrilling bike rally. The excitement was palpable as superbikes, flashy skills and burnouts were put on display, heralding the start of motorcycle racing fever in India ahead of its first-ever MotoGP race. The historic event is scheduled to take place at the Buddh International Circuit in Noida from September 22-24.

The rally, hosted by Fairstreet Sports, a leading sports management company, and convened by xBhp, marks the first of many such events planned in the run-up to the highly anticipated “MotoGP Bharat”. The riders began the rally at JLN Stadium, where they performed flashy burnouts before moving on to Gurugram to show off their top-notch skills with superbikes.

Historic 1000th MotoGP Race: Exciting Bike Rally from New Delhi to Gurugram

Mr Satish Upadhyay, the Hon’ble Vice Chairman of New Delhi Municipal Council, graced the occasion along with the executive team of Fairstreet Sports, lauding the event and encouraging the bikers and audience to take the sport seriously.

The COO of Fairstreet Sports, Pushkar Nath Srivastava, expressed his delight at organizing the event, which brought together the passion, excitement, and unity of the motorcycle racing community in the capital city. As India gears up for its first-ever MotoGP Bharat, the bike rally celebrated the milestones of MotoGP’s history and gave fans a glimpse of the excitement in store for the historic event later this year.

The 2023 MotoGP season, featuring 20 races across 17 countries will make its 13th stop in India for its debut on the racetrack. Eleven teams and 22 riders, including big names such as Francesco Bagnaia of Ducati, Marc Marquez of Repsol Honda Team, Marco Bezzecchi of Mooney, Brad Binder and Jack Miller of Redbull KTM, and Jorge Martin of Prima, will be in action, providing Indian fans with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience the thrilling action.
