AMD’s Radeon RX 7800 XTX, RX 7800 XT, and RX 7700 XT specifications have leaked onnline by RedGamingTech. So without further discussion lets head first into the details. The RX 7800 XTX will be based on the same Navi 31 chip, with 16GB of GDDR6 vRAM connected to a 256-bit bus.

It will have 300 watts of total board power and performance targets that “roughly compete with the 4070 Ti.” However, in a somewhat contradictory statement, RGT also claims that this particular SKU may be cancelled – so we’re not entirely sure what’s going on here.

The RX 7800 XT will be slightly slower than the NVIDIA RTX 4070 Ti, according to RGT.

This card has 60 CUs as well as a game clock of 2.6 GHz and a boost clock of 2.8 GHz. This equates to a peak FP32 TFLOPs performance of 43 TFLOPs and a sustained TFLOPs performance of 40 TFLOPs. The card will have 16 GB of VRAM across a 256 bit bus and will consume only 285W.

In comparison, the RX 7700 XT will have a peak TFLOPs performance of 32 TFLOPs and a sustained TFLOPs performance of 29.4 TFLOPs. The card’s TBP will be only 225W. The cache sizes for the RX 7800 XT and 7700 XT will be 64 MB and 48 MB, respectively. RGT also mentions the cancellation of the smaller 54 CU variant.

The RX 7600 XT will replace the 6650/6700 XT GPUs in terms of performance, while the RX 7600 will replace the 6600 XT and 6650XT cards. Really, nothing out of the ordinary. Not surprisingly, Navi 33 will be AMD’s high volume segment, and they will go for mass production in this segment. Mileage may vary depending on the exact quality of silicon obtained.
