Vivo V27 Pro Shows Up on Geekbench with a Dimensity 8200

In India, the Vivo V27 Pro 5G is scheduled to go on sale on March 3. The gadget will be the Vivo S16 Pro that was released in China last year but with a new brand name. Nearly every aspect of the phone, including the anticipated cost, has previously leaked. The smartphone appears to be priced below 40,000, where it will probably compete with models like the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, Realme GT Neo 3, and iQOO 9 SE.

The smartphone appeared on Geekbench in advance of launch, displaying its performance. The MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC is the system on chip for the gadget, which has the model number V2230.

Vivo V27 Pro 5G comes with 12GB of Memory and an Android 13-based operating system. The phone received a single-core score of 1003 and a multi-core score of 3936, per the Geekbench 5 listing. This high-end midrange chipset has eight cores, a peak clock speed of 3.1GHz, and a base clock speed of 2.0GHz.

The 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display on the Vivo V27 Pro is anticipated to have a resolution of 2400 x 1800 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The display is anticipated to have a 360Hz touch sampling rate and an integrated fingerprint sensor for extra convenience.

The MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC, with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 Memory and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, is anticipated to power the phone.

Also anticipated for extended usage is a 4600mAh battery with 66W quick charging.

According to rumours, the Vivo V27 Pro will also sport a triple camera system with a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro lens. A 50MP front-facing camera will also be included on the phone for selfie enthusiasts. The projected measurements and weight of the phone are 164 x 74.8 x 7.4mm and 183 grams, respectively. Magic Blue and Noble Black are the two available colours.
