Manchester City‘s 3-1 win over Aston Villa this past weekend marked Pep Guardiola‘s 250th Premier League game in charge with a win. In fact, it was the 184th win for the Catalonian in the English top flight, the most of any manager in the history of the league after 250 games.

Guardiola has a win percentage of 73.6%, which is far clear than legends like Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger, both of whom managed their clubs for many years.

During his time in charge of the Sky Blues, the former Barcelona and Bayern Munich manager has won four Premier League titles. He has also won the EFL Cup four times, the FA Cup once, two Community Shields and is a Champions League finalist as well.

Guardiola’s counterpart at Liverpool, Jurgen Klopp, is second in the list  of the most wins after 250 games. The German has won 160 of them, and has a win percentage of 62.6%.

Former Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur manager Jose Mourinho is among the top three, with 158 wins after 250 games.

City are in contention for yet another Premier League title under Pep Guardiola this season, as they face Arsenal in a potential title decider in their next game. And it will be interesting to see how they fare in the Champions League with their stacked squad.
