Australian batters Ash Gardner and Grace Harris had a run stand of 129 runs that helped them with the 54-run victory. In the last 10 overs, they scored 124 runs as the Indian bowlers leaked a good amount of runs at Brabourne. Indian batter Deepti Sharma smashed a half-century but that didn’t benefit the team as all of them were out for just 142 runs. Australian skipper Alyssa Healy was ruled put of the final T20I against India after she suffered a calf-strain in Saturday’s match.

Australia posted a huge total of 196/7 that helped them beat India by 54 runs to seal the series 4-1 in Brabourne, Mumbai. Australia was sent to bat first but had a huge blow as they got reduced to 17 for 2 in the fourth over. However, Ashleigh Gardener and Grace Harris took charge of the game as they proceeded with an unbeaten 66 and unbeaten 62 respectively. Together, they piled up 17 fours and five sixes having a run stand of 129 off 62 deliveries for the fifth wicket. Heather Graham took a sensational catch that dismissed Richa Ghosh and also completed her hat trick. She went on to dismiss Devika Vaidya, Radha Yadav, and Renuka Singh. In the game, she had an impressive figure of 4/8 in just 2 overs. Deepti Sharma piled up 53 runs off 34 deliveries and apart from her none of the players could perform well. Harleen Deol looked promising as she scored 24 off 16 balls but got run out soon following a mix-up with Harmanpreet Kaur.
India has already lost this series but they gave a tough fight to Australia in every match they played.
