If there wasn’t enough hype surrounding the sheer quality that Jude Bellingham has, it certainly exists now. The Borussia Dortmund midfielder has been phenomenal for England during the 2022 World Cup.
The likes of Liverpool, Real Madrid and Chelsea have all been strongly linked with the teenager. However, for now, he remains focused on the World Cup with England. And Dortmund are expected to make a decision on his future in June 2023, once the ongoing season is over.
Borussia Dortmund expected to sell Jude Bellingham in 2023
According to Fabrizio Romano, the only agent taking care of negotiations for the youngster is his father, Mark. More talks will follow in 2023, once the World Cup is over.
Recent rumours have suggested that the midfielder and his family prefers a move to Liverpool over Real Madrid. Los Blancos have already agreed the signing of Endrick from Palmeiras. And the arrival of Bellingham would comfortably set them up for the coming years.
But, they will have to battle it out with the Premier League giants for his signature. This summer, the price tag quoted for Jude Bellingham was upwards of £85 million, and there is a chance it could go even higher next year if he continues to impress.
There are no concrete talks going on with any club as of right now. And we can only expect further clarity on the situation once the January transfer window is over, and the season is nearing its conclusion.
