Adriano was able to add three more goals before halftime, putting the score 6-0. It only took him 12 minutes to complete his hat trick. In a decisive victory at the Bernabeu, Cristiano Ronaldo scored four goals, tying Liverpool’s 8-0 victory against Beşiktaş in November 2007 — both successful teams were led by Rafa Benitez.
