Just like Pakistan, India had a poor start too, as they were at 45/4. Pandya and Kohli soon took control. They scored 40 off 37 balls and 82* off 53 which made India win the game. Pakistan’s top bowlers have been Haris Rauf with a figure if 36/2 and Mohammad Nawaz with 42/2.

After Pandya got out, Dinesh Karthik came to the crease and took the equation to 13 off 3. Nawaz had Karthik out stumped and Ashwin came to face the last ball when two runs were needed. He earned a wide and needed just one run-off one. Aswin hit over mid-off and sealed the win for team India. Virat Kohli was awarded the man of the match and the crowd couldn’t just stop cheering for him.

India is set to face the Netherlands on October 27 and Pakistan will clash with Zimbabwe on the same day.
