2. Mohammad Amir

3. Rashid Khan
When Rashid Khan was 17 years and 170 days old, he was selected for the starting lineup in the match against Scotland. He had a stat of 2/28, and was Afghanistan’s top bowler in the match. He contributed to his team’s 14 runs that helped the team win.

At the age of 17 years and 282 days, he was given a spot in Ireland’s starting lineup for their T20 World Cup 2010 encounter against the West Indies. He bowled a game-changing 3/16 overs. However, Ireland lost the game.
