Following beta releases in several areas, the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 software has undergone weeks of thorough testing. At today’s SDC22, Samsung finally let the software’s cover fall and discussed the programme as a whole. According to the corporation, the update is almost set to move past the beta stage and is about to make its stable channel debut.

Samsung has so far published four One UI 5.0 beta upgrades for the Galaxy S22 series in a few areas, for individuals who are not up to speed.

As well as the precise date the update will be released on the stable channel, we still don’t know if the fourth beta will be the final one.

But now that Samsung Developer Conference 2022 has come to an end, the South Korean company has shortened the release schedule and anticipates that Galaxy S22 owners will be able to utilise the One UI 5.0, which is based on Android 13, as soon as possible.

We are all aware of how eagerly awaited the One UI 5.0 based on Android 13 has been for Samsung users. Although it may not seem like much has changed, there have been some extremely significant adjustments that will greatly improve your experience.

The One UI 5.0 updates come with a variety of improvements, such as the ability to customise the lock screen, a wider range of colours, better permission notifications, a slightly updated quick toggle, better animations, stacked widgets, and more.

Samsung acknowledged at SDC that the One UI 5.0 update is planned to leave the beta stages and become available to all Galaxy S22 users later this month. This is really exciting news because it indicates that One UI 5.0 may be available on the stable channel before the end of this month as we are halfway through October.
