Jude Bellingham is proving himself to be one of the top talents in the world with his performances for Borussia Dortmund. And next summer, he is expected to move on to a new club, either in the Premier League or La Liga.
Several major clubs have been keeping tabs on the midfielder, and will enter the race to sign him. This summer, Borussia Dortmund wanted a minimum of £150 million to let him go, making him an extremely difficult transfer target to acquire.
Major clubs to fight for Jude Bellingham
The likes of Manchester City, Liverpool, Real Madrid, Chelsea and Manchester United have all registered their interest in signing the youngster. However, nothing will be decided as of now.
The current focus for both Bellingham and Dortmund is to continue for the season, and the World Cup. After the spectacle in Qatar, talks over a transfer can and will intensify.
A few days ago, Borussia Dortmund had said that they would accept a transfer worth £83 million if the buying club would pay the fee in one installment. But, nothing has been formalised as of yet. This is because unlike Erling Haaland, he doesn’t have a release clause in his contract.
So, the Bundesliga club can ask for whatever amount that they see fit for the 19-year-old.
