England’s star bowler Stuart Broad achieved a new height in the first Test series against South Africa. On the second day of the Test, he became the fourth bowler in the history of the format to have 100+ scalps in a single ground. He achieved this three-figure mark feat at the Lord’s and became the second bowler after James Anderson to achieve this.

Stuart Broad reached this feat after he picked South Africa’s wicketkeeper-batter Kyle Verrynne’s wicket in the 63rdover of the innings. It’s reported that Broad’s teammate Anderson congratulated the cricketer first when he achieved this feat.
