Manchester United got off to a bad start to their 2022-23 season as they went down 2-1 to Brighton in their first Premier League game of the season. United have only signed Martinez, Malacia and Eriksen and still lacks players to strengthen other parts of the field.
The club is now linked with Bologna’s Marko Arnautovic and Juventus’ Adrien Rabiot. But the fans have started protesting these signings, especially the signing of Arnautovic.
It has now been confirmed that Manchester United will not sign Bologna’s Marko Arnautovic this summer, with fan complaints said to be a contributing factor as well as Bologna’s demands for the transfer.
New manager Erik Ten Hag has failed to get his desired signings as Frenkie De Jong still refuses to join the club. Ten Hag saw De Jong as a priority signing for United and replacing De Jong with Rabiot is also not going down well with the fans.
