IPL 2022 started on March 26 and is set to continue till the end of May. While the group stage matches were played in Maharashtra, the playoffs are set to be played at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata and the finals will take place at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

The first Qualifier will be played on May 24 and the Eliminator will be played on May 26 at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata.
The second qualifier is set to be played on May 27 and the Final on May 29 at the Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad.
The venues and dates for the 2022 Indian Premier League (IPL) have been finalised on Saturday after an apex council meeting of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and confirmed by the board president Sourav Ganguly.
The stadiums in Kolkata and Ahmedabad will have full capacity during the matches.
“As far as the men’s IPL knock-out stage matches are concerned, it would be held in Kolkata and Ahmedabad, with hundred percent attendance allowed for the matches to be played after the league staged finishes on May 22,” said bu BCCI president Sourav Ganguly.
IPL 2022 has had 35 matches. In this edition, the new entrant Gujarat Titans led by Hardik Pandya is leading the points table with 12 points from seven games. On the other hand five-time winner, Mumbai Indians haven’t won a single game which is very shocking for the fans. They have been defeated in all the seven games they played in IPL 2022.
