Yamaha launches new range of Audio Wearables in India with Six headphones

Yamaha is the global leader for the past several years among musical instrument makers. By utilising the same experience this brand entered into the audio product market as well. The next contribution to the same market within India is six new audio wearables. In the new set of audio products, there are three wireless neckbands – YAMAHA EP-E70A, YAMAHA EP-E50A, and YAMAHA EP-E30A; one on-ear wireless headphone – YAMAHA YH-E500A; and two over-ear wireless headphones – YAMAHA YH-L700A and YAMAHA YH-E700A. Yamaha handcrafted all the new six audio devices putting all its experiences and expertise from the music instrument industry. As a result, all products are Listening Care enabled. It’s a technology that allows listeners to hear the full-range sound – from high to low frequencies – even at low volume settings. This overcomes a challenge faced by typical headphones, where low volume listening goes hand-in-hand with a pronounced reduction to certain frequency ranges, resulting in listeners cranking up the volume to levels that may affect hearing health. The long-term impacts may be specially compounded by daily wear. Listening Care solves this, by encouraging lower volume listening by intelligently adjusting sound frequencies to maintain the full-range sound.

Other than the Listening Care technology, there are Listening Optimiser, high-end Active Noise Cancelling, head tracking, 3D Sound, and so on. However, other than Listening Care, all other features are device-specific.
