Infinix is set to launch its first 5G smartphone, the Infinix Zero 5G. The company has teased the launch of the device in the Indian market. In addition to the teasers, more details have surfaced about the smartphone as well.
A new report courtesy of tipster Abhishek Yadav confirms the Infinix Zero 5G will launch on the 8th of February in India which is not a far-fetch considering the company has been teasing the device a lot.
Apart from the launch date, some of the key specs and features of the Infinix Zero 5G smartphone have also been leaked. The phone is expected to support 13 5G bands for connectivity in India.
The Infinix Zero 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 900 chip, paired with an LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The display is a 6.67″ Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
Coming to the optics, the primary sensor is a 48MP one in the triple camera setup, you also see a secondary AI lens. The Infinix Zero 5G has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The device will run on Android 11OS out-of-the-box with XOS on top. It will have a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging.
Judging off the renders, the Infinix Zero 5G will come in Orange and Black color variants. We will have to wait a bit more to find out more specs and the pricing and availability of the Infinix Zero 5G.
