Halo TV series: First trailer

The first trailer of the Halo TV series releases today i.e. 10th December 2021. The trailer does not give us many ideas about what we can expect from the show. Paramount has said that “will take place in the universe” as we will see in the Halo games, a face-off between humanity’s face and the alien forces of the Covenant. But it is not clear that whether Halo will try to adapt the games directly or will tell its own story within the world of the franchise.

The trailer seems to be very dramatic, showing off Master Cheif in his full, dusty glory. The trailer mainly focuses on a few quick shots of the Halo TV series’s cast that includes Natascha McElhone as Dr. Catherine Halsey, the creator of both Cortana and the Spartan super-soldier program.

Here we present the trailer:-

Cast

Halo TV series stars Pablo Schreiber (American Gods) as the armored super-soldier, while Jen Taylor will reprise her role from the games as Master Chief’s AI companion, Cortana, and Natascha McElhone as Dr. Catherine Halsey.

Release Date

The Halo Tv series was initially made its announcement in 2018 to stream on Showtime, but the production got delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, now the series has shifted to become streaming exclusively on the recently relaunched Paramount Plus streaming service, where the popular franchise could help draw in new subscribers.

Halo is all set to debut on Paramount Plus in 2022, although there’s still no precise release date.
