The Taiwanese OEM giant Acer is on a streak to make more out of the current consumer PC and laptop market with its wide range of products. Acer Inc. has announced today its consolidated revenues for November at NT$28.85 billion, this is the highest November revenue in the last eight years.
While the revenue is up by 3.0% over month-over-month (MoM) and up by 0.5% year-over-year (YoY). On the other hand, the consolidated revenues for year-to-November were NT$289.3 billion which is also up by a whopping 16.3% YoY.
In terms of US$ as well the year-to-November revenues have reached a whopping US$10.3 billion, a 9.8% hike than the full-year revenues of 2020.
The key areas of improvement highlighted by Acer include gaming products where it has seen an increase of 13.1% YoY for November and 26.6% YoY for year-to-November. Acer’s strong revenue comes from its commercial notebook lineup which has accounted for a revenue hike of 60.7% YoY for November and 45.1% YoY for year-to-November.
Acer has also diversified its desktop and monitor portfolio business, also looking to expand it, so it has done pretty well in the Desktop range as its revenues grew 37.8% YoY for November and 18.1% YoY for year-to-November.
Overall, the Taiwanese OEM is on a record run to make more revenues and though some say notebook demand will decrease, still, Acer is enjoying billions of revenue each month. Well, if you are someone who likes to trade in stocks, Acer could be a great option for you off recently to invest in.
