The 2021 Ballon d’Or award will be given out in November after it was scrapped for the previous season, due to the coronavirus pandemic. But after a year off, the award is now set to make its return as the nominees were revealed on 8th October. The winner of the award will be voted on by 180 journalists and national team captains and coaches, and the award will be given out by France Football.Â
The 30-man shortlist for the 2021 Ballon d’Or trophy has been revealed, with some very familiar names all making the list. Messi, Ronaldo, Neymar, Kevin De Bruyne, Robert Lewandowski, Mohamed Salah, N’Golo Kante and Luka Modric making the list.
