XPG launches its XENIA 15 KC with Core i7-11800H CPU & RTX-30 series graphics

ADATA has unveiled its latest laptop from its ‘high performance’ XPG series earlier in 2021, and the OEM also introduced its newest RAM modules. But, now, the manufacturer has formally launched the XENIA 15 KC on its own. And the specs of the device include a Core i7-11800H CPU and much more.

The 15 KC’s non-glossy IPS display also boasts a 165Hz refresh rate and a QHD resolution and the display is rated for 100% of the sRGB color gamut. But, the display however comes with 300 nits of brightness and a screen-to-body ratio of 85%. honestly, the device could do much better in 2021.

Initially, it was expected the machine would be driven by a choice of RTX 3060 or 3070 graphics; however, XPG now stated that only the RTX 3070 will be powering this new laptop. In terms of ports, it has 1 Thunderbolt 4 port, along with triple USB 3.2 Gen 2 type-As. There is also an SD card reader, a 2.5 Gigabit port, a 3.5mm jack, and a single HDMI with the 2.1 standards.

We also get an IR webcam with Windows Hello, but without anything higher than an HD resolution. It comes with a glass trackpad and an optical-mechanical keyboard. For wireless connectivity, it has a Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2.

The XENIA 15 KC consists of dual “hand-picked” DDR4-3200MHz sticks, and they are 16GB each, however, XPG states that they can be easily replaced with others to the tune of 64GB in total instead. The SSD is an “award-winning” 1TB GAMMIX S70 PCIe Gen4 drive, installed next to a 2nd empty slot.
