Two mothers. Two completely different philosophies on life. One tangled family drama about to collide. vAhead of its September 28 premiere, Mission: Mompossible has released new stills introducing the six siblings and cousins at the heart of its story — and their personalities couldn’t be more different.

Mission: Mompossible- Meet the Two Families

The upcoming weekday K-drama centers on a mother who sacrificed everything for her family versus one who lived entirely for herself, with their children’s lives becoming deeply entangled as a result.

Why This Family Dynamic Stands Out

What makes Mission: Mompossible compelling isn’t just the mystery behind Cha Seung Yoon’s tragic past — it’s the sheer contrast in how each sibling and cousin defines success. Kang Da Mi’s arc of finally choosing herself after years of self-sacrifice mirrors Cha Se Na’s hunger for both career and love, while Kang Dae Chi and Cha Do Yoon each wrestle with expectations imposed on them by family. With Cha Seung Yoon digging into a decades-old accident, the drama also promises a mystery layer beneath the family drama, raising the stakes for both households.
