Battlegrounds Mobile India early access: ‘Account Data Transfer’ after Installing the game

Battlegrounds Mobile India app was available for download as the early access version for limited users via Google Play Store in India on June 17th. Several hints were pointing to the launch on 18th June for the final version of the game. This early access is available for limited users and it was done on a first-come-first-served basis. Indian Battlegrounds Mobile India content creators have also got this early access to test the game as well.

Most importantly this game is now only available for Android users and via Google Play Store. iOS users will have to wait for a few days to get the game.

We were also not that much lucky to get the early access game in the allocated slots from Google Play Store, but we do get the apk file and the obb as well and have installed it properly. Now in this article, we will discuss about the Account Data Transfer of your old global account.

The global version which is known as the PUBG Mobile was available in India last year. Battlegrounds Mobile India is now available in India and so we need the previous data back from the global version. That’s why we will get an one time option to transfer the previous data till 31st December 2020 from the global version or PUBG Mobile server.

After clicking on ‘Yes, please continue’ you will be prompted for the final confirmation.

This is the final page where the game will ask for you consent regarding the Account Data Transfer procedure. By clicking ‘Yes’ you will be prompted some options from which you can choose an account on which your previous game data was stored.

Then click on the account and log in, after login, the page will refresh and you have to again login with the same account where you used to store your previous data. Now after logging in you will be able to see your previous data in the app.

We will make an separate article on which we will discuss about the differences that is particularly noticed in Battlegrounds Mobile India.
