The company will work directly with five selected financial institutions to build out their most ambitious customer experience (CX) AI initiatives — covering everything from solution architecture and use-case engineering to enterprise integrations, testing, guardrails, and full production go-live support. Crucially, this level of platform and deployment capacity comes at no cost to the participating organizations.

Why “Sovereign AI” Matters Here

For heavily regulated sectors like banking and insurance, data control isn’t optional — it’s foundational. Blue Machines AI’s sovereign approach allows enterprises to deploy the platform within their own VPC, private cloud, or on-premise environment, keeping data, models, and workflows inside their existing security and compliance boundaries.

According to CTO Abhishek Ranjan, production-grade AI in BFSI needs to go beyond generating accurate responses — it must maintain context across channels, integrate securely with core systems, and operate within guardrails where every action is permitted, traceable, and auditable.

The program is open to CX AI initiatives spanning a wide range of use cases: acquisition, onboarding, lending, collections, servicing, payments, insurance claims, renewals, wealth management, grievance resolution, retention, and customer support — across voice, chat, web, email, and other digital channels.
