Bethlehem Kudumba Unit: Nivin Pauly Just Set Up His Biggest Box Office Number Ever — Here’s the Proof

A quiet Malayalam release turning into a career-best is the kind of box office story that keeps trade watchers glued to their screens. Bethlehem Kudumba Unit, starring Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju, has done exactly that — and it’s not slowing down anytime soon.

How Much Has Bethlehem Kudumba Unit Earned in Kerala?

On Day 8 (its second Friday), the film collected Rs. 9.50 crore, a slight uptick from the day before. That takes its Kerala gross to Rs. 59.25 crore in just over a week.

Where This Run Is Headed

With a strong second Friday in hand, the film is expected to hold well over the weekend and close somewhere between Rs. 70-75 crore. If that pace continues, it won’t just cross the Rs. 100 crore mark in Kerala — it could challenge recent chart-toppers like Vaazha 2, Lokah Chapter One: Chandra, and Thudarum.

There’s a personal milestone brewing too. By the end of the day, Bethlehem Kudumba Unit is set to overtake Sarvam Maya as Nivin Pauly’s biggest grosser at the worldwide box office — a landmark for an actor who has built a career on the kind of grounded, relatable storytelling Malayalam cinema is known for.

Already declared a Blockbuster, the film is now eyeing a Super Blockbuster or even All-Time Blockbuster verdict, depending on how the weekend numbers shape up.
