BigHit Music Apologizes for CORTIS’ Long Flight Boarding Delay

As a fan who hates seeing idols exhausted before they even reach their destination, yesterday’s news about CORTIS was disappointing. BigHit Music has officially apologized after the group was forced to wait several hours at the airport due to a flight boarding delay.

The incident happened on July 1, 2026, as CORTIS prepared to depart for an overseas schedule. According to reports, technical issues with the aircraft caused a significant delay, leaving the members visibly tired while waiting at the gate. Many MONDES who came to see them off expressed concern after noticing the group’s fatigue.

BigHit Music released an official statement expressing regret and promising better management in the future. They acknowledged the inconvenience caused to both the members and fans, stating they will improve coordination with airlines to prevent similar situations.

According to the CORTIS Wikipedia page, the group has been maintaining an intense promotional schedule throughout 2026, making proper rest and smooth travel arrangements especially important.

BigHit Incident Summary

While flight delays are sometimes unavoidable, many fans feel the group’s tight schedule leaves little room for such setbacks. BigHit’s quick apology was appreciated, but some MONDES are hoping for better support systems moving forward.
