AMD released its latest roadmap for the server CPUs, and in that, we finally got to see the number of core counts to be expected on the Zen4 powered EPYC Genoa ‘7004’ and EPYC Embedded ‘3004’ series processors. It has been confirmed that the Zen4 will be launched in 2022.
The latest leak state that AMD’s Zen 4 processors, or the Zen 4 powered EPYC CPUs, will be launching in 2022. And the way AMD has put its roadmap, we can guess that the new architecture will get a launch around mid of 2022. We will first get the Genoa ‘7004’ CPUs followed by EPYC Embedded ‘3004’ CPUs in Q1 2023.
