Siren’s Kiss (2026): Park Min Young vs. Lee Elijah — Inside the Deadly Auctioneer Rivalry That Could Destroy Them Both

There are workplace rivalries, and then there is this. Park Min Young plays a woman suspected of insurance fraud linked to the deaths of men who fell in love with her. Lee Elijah plays the one woman ruthless enough — and smart enough — to take her down. And the battleground? Korea’s most prestigious art auction house.

Siren’s Kiss is shaping up to be the most electrifying psychological thriller of March 2026, and the character details just revealed make it impossible to look away.

Siren’s Kiss: Drama At a Glance

The Setup: Beauty, Power, and Dangerous Secrets

Siren’s Kiss follows inspector Cha Woo Seok (Wi Ha Joon) as he investigates an insurance fraud case with a chilling pattern — every victim died after falling in love with the same woman: Han Seol Ah (Park Min Young), a mesmerizing auctioneer at Royal Auction, Korea’s most elite art auction house.

But before the investigation fully closes in on her, Seol Ah has a far more immediate threat to deal with — a rival who has been quietly sharpening her knives for years, waiting for the perfect moment to strike.

Han Seol Ah: The Conductor of the Auction Hall

Park Min Young’s Han Seol Ah didn’t reach the top of Royal Auction by accident. Nicknamed the “conductor of the auction hall,” she earned the coveted chief auctioneer title through her striking presence, razor-sharp judgment, and bold decision-making. Clients trust her. The chairwoman, Kim Sun Ae (Kim Geum Soon), has a long-standing personal connection with her. Her confident gestures, unwavering eye contact, and eloquent presentations have a reputation for elevating the perceived value of every piece she presents.

On paper, her position looks unassailable. In reality? Suspicions are mounting about her connection to multiple insurance fraud deaths — and her carefully constructed world is beginning to crack. Whether she is a victim, a villain, or something far more complicated in between is the central mystery the drama promises to unravel.

Kim Yoon Ji: The Rival with Her Finger on the Trigger

Lee Elijah’s Kim Yoon Ji is the kind of antagonist who makes you nervous the moment she walks into a scene. Former aspiring announcer turned deputy auctioneer, she joined Royal Auction under undisclosed circumstances — and has spent every day since with one singular goal: Han Seol Ah’s chair.

She has the complete package — beauty, talent, elite academic credentials, and the backing of Song Jae Wook (Heo Jae Ho), one of the company’s founding executive directors, which gives her both institutional support and political cover. But her most dangerous weapon isn’t her ambition or her connections.

It’s that she already holds Han Seol Ah’s biggest secret in her hands.

Kim Yoon Ji is described as meticulous and ruthless in her information-gathering — a player willing to use any means necessary to claim the top position. The psychological tension between two women who are each other’s greatest professional threat, while one holds potentially career-destroying leverage over the other, is the kind of slow-burn powder keg that K-drama thrillers do better than almost anyone.

Why Siren’s Kiss Could Be March 2026’s Must-Watch Drama

The combination of an insurance fraud mystery, an art world power struggle, and two of Korean drama’s most compelling female performers going head-to-head is genuinely rare. Park Min Young brings her trademark balance of warmth and hidden complexity to a character who might be far darker than she appears — while Lee Elijah, in what is described as a special role, is set to deliver one of her most dangerously watchable performances yet.

The world of art auction as a drama backdrop adds another layer of intrigue — a world built on perception, persuasion, and the performance of value, where every bid is also a power move. It’s a perfect metaphor for the manipulation at the drama’s core.
