Most AI is trained on internet data. Bharat1.AI wants to train it on reality. The Bengaluru-based startup announced its B1 AI Superpark at the India AI Impact Summit 2026 — a 500,000 sq. ft. AI research campus in Sarjapura designed to generate real-world data for the next generation of agentic and physical AI systems, in partnership with NVIDIA.

B1 AI Superpark: Key Details at a Glance
The park is not about letting AI run a city. It’s about creating a city-scale validation environment where AI agents and physical robots can be stress-tested in real-world conditions before deployment at scale.

Why Real-World Data Changes Everything
The core challenge Bharat1.AI is solving: LLMs are probabilistic and don’t have a grounded sense of the real world. A model trained on internet text can write poetry and debug code, but it has never navigated a rainy Bengaluru intersection, managed a crowded hospital ward, or handled the physical complexity of an Indian warehouse. World models — AI that understands how the real world actually works — require real-world data to build.
The B1 AI Superpark’s 400 Gbps connectivity and sub-millisecond cloud latency allows researchers to run large-scale experiments without data bottlenecks, while the plug-and-play lab design means startups can move from idea to tested prototype without building their own infrastructure.
Accel Founding Partner Prashanth Prakash described the initiative as building “cognitive infrastructure for scaling AI impact for everyone,” positioning Bengaluru as a place where AI for the Global South can be responsibly developed.
The Aadhaar integration plan is particularly notable — anchoring AI agents to verified digital identities would give India a unique, built-in trust and accountability layer for agentic systems that no other country’s AI infrastructure currently has.
