Oppo officially launched the Reno 15 Pro Max and Reno 15 Pro globally in Taiwan, expanding availability of its flagship-level camera phones beyond China. Both devices feature 200MP triple cameras, MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chipsets, and massive 6,500mAh batteries with IP69 durability.
Oppo Reno 15 Series Global Pricing
| Model | Taiwan Price | India Approx | RAM+Storage | Colors |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Reno 15 | TWD 17,990 | ~₹51,000 | 12GB+256GB | Aurora White, Sky Blue |
| Reno 15 | TWD 19,990 | ~₹55,000 | 12GB+512GB | Aurora White, Sky Blue |
| Reno 15 Pro | TWD 20,990 | ~₹60,000 | 12GB+256GB | Aurora Blue, Desert Blue |
| Reno 15 Pro Max | TWD 24,990 | ~₹71,000 | 12GB+512GB | Twilight Gold, Desert Brown |
Flagship-Level Camera Hardware
Both the Reno 15 Pro Max and Reno 15 Pro feature identical triple-camera systems: a massive 200MP primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens offering 3.5x optical zoom with OIS, and a 50MP ultra-wide camera. All three models include a 50MP front-facing camera for high-resolution selfies.
The standard Reno 15 scales back slightly with a 50MP main camera, but retains the 50MP periscope telephoto and adds an 8MP ultra-wide sensor—still impressive for its price segment.
Display Specifications
The Reno 15 Pro Max sports a 6.78-inch AMOLED full-HD+ display (1,272 x 2,772 pixels) with 450ppi pixel density and 120Hz refresh rate. The more compact Reno 15 Pro features a 6.32-inch AMOLED panel with 460ppi density and the same 120Hz smoothness.
The standard Reno 15 offers a 6.59-inch AMOLED display, positioned between its siblings in size while maintaining identical resolution and refresh rate specifications.
MediaTek Dimensity 8450 Power
Both Pro models are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chipset paired with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM. The Reno 15 Pro Max comes with 512GB UFS 3.1 storage, while the Reno 15 Pro offers 256GB in its base configuration.
The standard Reno 15 utilizes a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage, providing flagship-adjacent performance at a lower price point.
Massive 6,500mAh Battery
All three models pack a 6,500mAh battery—exceptional capacity for any smartphone, let alone premium mid-rangers. The Reno 15 Pro Max supports 80W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging, while the Pro and standard models offer 80W wired charging.
This battery capacity addresses range anxiety, easily delivering two-day usage for most users while charging rapidly when needed.
IP69 Rugged Durability
The entire Reno 15 series carries IP68/IP69 rating for extreme water and dust resistance—among the highest durability ratings available. Combined with aluminum frames and reinforced glass, these phones handle harsh environments confidently.
Android 16 with ColorOS 16
All models run Android 16 with ColorOS 16 on top, providing the latest software experience. This represents a significant update bringing new AI features, improved multitasking, and enhanced privacy controls.
Global Availability Timeline
The Reno 15 series launched in Taiwan, with wider global availability expected soon. India launch is anticipated in Q1 2026, though Oppo hasn’t confirmed exact dates. The phones are rebranded versions of China’s November 2025 Reno 15 lineup.
