NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 series gaming laptops are being used for cryptocurrency mining in China

On Chinese social media, a financial blogger has shared some images of NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 series laptops are being used for cryptocurrency mining. The image shows, dozens of these gaming laptops are stacked up just for hunting down those increasingly valuable Ethereum. Even RTX 3060 laptops which costs US$1,000 are visible in the setup.

A Weibo blogger shared this image where you can see the setup, they have made with the gaming laptops with one of the new RTX 30 series chips to make some crypto profits, where Ethereum seems to be one of the likely candidates for mass mobile mining attempts.

A content creator from China has described how the process becomes so easy when an RTX 3060 powered laptop is used to mine Ethereum by casually earning sufficient money in a coffee shop to pay for their beverage. One of the images shows clearly multiple devices from the Chinese OEM Hasee, which has the RTX 3060 gaming laptops for sale between 6,499 to 7,899 yuan (US$1,005 to US$1,211).
