The teaser revealed the Agni 4 will be powered by a MediaTek chipset, specifically the Dimensity 8350 built on 4nm architecture. This represents a significant upgrade over the Agni 3’s Dimensity 7300X processor.
Key Features:
- Massive 7,000mAh battery (largest in segment)
- Dual 50MP rear camera setup
- UFS 4.0 storage for faster performance
- Premium metal construction
- 120Hz AMOLED display for smooth scrolling
The redesigned back panel features a horizontal camera bar housing two sensors, removing the secondary display from the previous generation.
Pricing and Competition
The Agni 4 is expected to be priced around ₹25,000, positioning it as a premium mid-ranger competing directly with iQOO, Realme, and Samsung offerings. This marks a ₹4,000 increase over the Agni 3’s ₹20,999 launch price, justified by substantial hardware upgrades.
